The FITT principle stands for frequency, intensity, time and type of exercise. These are four components that we consider when creating a training program. The four components are interconnected and how we manipulate them within a training program, will influence the outcome of that program.

Meet your trainer

Stacy Packard

I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 23 years, and have been an athlete all my life. My sports include Boxing, Running, and Functional Competing. I am also a Women’s Physique Professional Body Builder and a Judge for the OCB Natural Bodybuilding Federation.

As a Nutritionist, I am also very passionate about Efficient and Whole Food Nutrition. I pride myself and dedicate my practice to helping my team learn how to eat all Natural, Whole Foods with minimal to no supplements, while still achieving fast and efficient results. My meal plans are calculated to each participant’s daily living and custom designed to fit their needs and goals throughout the program.

My main goal as YOUR coach is for you to reach YOUR goal! I will Inspire you, Motivate you, Encourage you, and most of all, keep you accountable through this 10 week program.
